Join us on Tuesday, April 26 at 7:30pm at our annual end-of-year AIA Toronto Society reception and banquet, generously arranged and supported by our Executive member and Past President, D. Ian Begg. The banquet will be held at the University of Toronto Faculty Club at 41 Willcocks St, Toronto, immediately following a very special lecture and cultural show in collaboration with the Sudanese Community Association of Ontario. This is an exceptional opportunity, breaking with the past two years of the pandemic, to dine in a lovely, historic space and finally be able to mingle with your fellow members and the distinguished guest speaker.Included in the subsidized price of $90 is a three-course dinner with wine, preceded by a wine reception and delicious hors-d’oeuvres. Following a cultural display of Nubian costumes and dance, Dr. Rita Freed (Curator, Boston Museum of Fine Arts) will be speaking to us about Ancient Nubian Art, a fascinating topic that is so rarely presented.Member and Guest tickets: $90.00 CAD/person

Student Member tickets: $45.00 CAD/personIf you wish to attend the banquet, please purchase your tickets before Monday April 18th, 2022. Since the Faculty Club is unable to accommodate any last-minute additions, it is absolutely essential that you abide by this deadline. Tickets are non-refundable.
